Hey people, sorry for the overdue update. Been busy with school and all. I think I’m going rack up more long nights from now on. Well at least the good part is that I’ve got good teams to work with. It’s easier to move forward when the going gets tough if you’re doing it with people you enjoy the company of. For example, I was working on a project with my team mates almost right up to 12 before my birthday (I was adamant on getting home before it struck 12 though!)

To celebrate my birthday I took my mom and my brother out for dinner. It’s this really good restaurant called Patara. I highly recommend the place. It’s really good, although a tad expensive, it’s pretty worth it. It’s Thai cuisine and the food is fantabulous. And the deserts are good, you can even have a desert buffet of assorted Thai deserts for $7. (I think a buffet’s too much and we couldn’t even finish the small platter!). I took this pic after everyone left but yeap, even though it’s tucked away in a corner in Tanglin mall, there were lots of people there.

On Wed, got stood up by Rnu again *rolls eyes* but thankfully Bab was there to save the day with Hoegardens! What will I do without Hoegardens! I kind of went overboard with my spending at Charles & Keith. I had the birthday discount and erm, got too many pairs. In retrospect, my shopping was probably rubbish again. More money will go down the drain with Zara sale!!! Grrr….

On Thurs, met up with Tby and Dy. Belated Birthday celebration at the secret garden. Kind of funny cos had a belated birthday celebration with Kw, Pj and Jx last year at the same place too. But thanks for the gift and the evening, was great. Too funny the damn candles. Couldn’t blow out at all. I’m still thinking it’s a conspiracy that it wouldn’t blow out! Look forward to the match tomorrow. Just met the german girls and they’re gonna come tomorrow too. I’m really hoping and praying that Germany wins!!! *fingers crosed*
